About Hypnosis and Brain Training

My name is Ken Dubner, and I am a certified hypnotherapist and a brain trainer. I utilize numerous cognitive methodologies to teach people how to use their brains more effectively.  
 


 

What is Brain Training All About?

It is a method of using your mind to re-train your brain and it’s responses .
B.T.U. is a method which has its earliest roots in behavioral psychology and hypnotherapy
    

In addition it draws on such diverse disciplines Hypnosis and Self-Hypnotic training, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive and Behavioral psychology, Guided Visualization Systems, Neuro-Somatic Synthesis, and Neuro-biology.

 

How does Brain Training Work?
    

Neurobiology has discovered that all habits are the result of specific associations you have made in your brain, and that these associations can literally create new neural pathways. They can also reinforce or weaken established ones.

    

Brain Training Unlimited will teach you to use your mind to create new neural pathways in your brain while at the same time erasing the old pathways that lead to unwanted patterns of behavior and attitudes that have led you to make mistakes and sabotage your success. You will actually modify your brain's Neuro-chemical structure by changing your habitual thought patterns.
