My name is Ken Dubner, and I am a Brain Trainer. I utilize numerous cognitive methodologies to teach people how to use their brains more effectively. The mind sciences utilized in your Brain Training Unlimited sessions include techniques drawn from  Whole Brain Focusing and Self Directed Focus training, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive and Behavioral psychology, Guided Visualization Systems, Neuro-Somatic Synthesis, and Neuro-biology.

I offer a series of sessions involving these techniques, designed as part of a larger weight loss program. This easy to learn program was created in association with a medical doctor and weight loss expert from Loma Linda Hospital, and modeled after a man who lost 210 lbs, and has kept it off for over eight years.
